RETURN POLICY

All merchandise returned to Electric Equipment Corp. of VA must be approved by a sales representative. All merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days of the date of purchase. All merchandise categorized as special order is non-returnable at anytime. All merchandise returned within the 30 day period from the date of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned merchandise that is not packaged properly is not the responsibility of Electric Equipment Corp. of VA.
